Meet The Guest Conductor
Dr. Diana S. Gray is an invited Guest Conductor in Residency at Carnegie Hall. This invitation was provided by MidAmerica Productions who host concert series at this historic venue. Dr. Diana S. Gray will debut her Gracious Father Gospel Mass. Dr. Gray is seeking support through performers, non-performers (ones who would like to attend rehearsals and the concert), and planners/organizers of this trip.


Lodging &
Transportation

Five days and four nights at a four-star hotel in midtown Manhattan in quadruple occupancy rooms (two double beds for four people). The hotels are an ideal base for both rehearsals and sightseeing.

Professional travel management during your hotel stay, including arrival and departure.

All tips, gratuities, and baggage handling by the hotel upon arrival (limited to one bag per person).

All rehearsal and concert-related transportation within the City of New York including to and from the post-concert reception cruise.
Occupancy Options & Costs
Full Residency Performers and Non-Performers:

Quadruple: Two beds & four people ($1,899 per person)

Triple: Two beds & three people ($2,223 ($324 additional) per person)

Double: Two beds & two people (or one bed & two people) ($2,559 ($660 additional) per person)

Single: One bed & one person ($3,750 ($1,851 additional) per person)
**The cost of transportation is not included in the fees. That amount will be announced after all participants are registered.

Payment Plans
The Initial Deposit of $300.00 is due on
September 29, 2025.
All remaining payments are due on the 20th each month:

Sample Itinerary
DAY ONE (June 18th): Arrival in NYC and hotel check-in.
DAY TWO (June 19th): Rehearsal with guest conductor and piano accompaniment in the morning or afternoon. The rest of day is free.
DAY THREE (June 20th): One chorus rehearsal with guest conductor and piano accompaniment in the morning or afternoon. The rest of day is free.
DAY FOUR (June 21st): Final dress rehearsal in Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall, followed by the concert and a post-concert cruise around the Statue of Liberty and lower Manhattan, featuring music dancing, dinner, and two complimentary drinks.
POST-CONCERT RECEPTION CRUISE:
The exclusive post-concert reception cruise features a two-hour sail around the Hudson River, offering spectacular views of the Statue of Liberty, the Brooklyn Bridge, and the New York City skyline.
Music, dancing, a dinner buffet, and two drink tickets are included; extra drink tickets can be purchased on board. Guests must be at least 21 years old to consume alcoholic beverages on the cruise.
DAY FIVE (June 22nd): Hotel check-out and departure.
